The nursery is a purpose built building. We welcome children with specific needs and will work closely with parents to ensure that all your child’s needs are met to the best of our ability. Our staff are bilingual, and the children are encouraged to use the language in which they feel most comfortable to use. We will introduce the Welsh language into your child’s daily routine using the books and equipment that we have along with the daily planning.
The aim of our nursery is to encourage children to be more independent and to develop self help skills, whilst increasing confidence. We aim to provide a caring, clean, safe, fun, and stimulating environment. We welcome children from all cultural, ethnic, religious and social groups.
Children are supervised at all times, with the appropriate ratio of staff to children.
We provide a full and part day care service for families with children from 3 months to 11 years. The nursery is registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales, and we are registered to take 28 children at any one time.
Each day we will take time to plan and discuss various activities. We will encourage children to relax and enjoy their time with us, by playing games and allowing everyone to get to know each other. Children will be provided with space, equipment and a variety of materials.
We have a daily routine of exciting activities; the activities will include art, games, singing, sand and water play outdoor play and many more. Activities will have been pre planned for all different age groups, abilities and personalities. We will provide an environment where the highest standards of childcare promote the development of social and educational skills to children of all cultures.
